Cancellation and Refund

At Sezpro Nutrition By Zen Pro, we aim to simplify the process of returning products for you. Here's a breakdown of our policy:

- You have a 7-day window from receiving the item to initiate a return, and we will reimburse your payment through the original method. For Cash on Delivery or Bank Deposit payments, we will issue a cheque in your name.

- The product must be unused and remain in its original packaging for a return to be accepted. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns or refunds for products that have been used or opened.

- If your order included complimentary items, such as a t-shirt or shaker cup, please ensure to return them as well. Failure to do so may result in a deduction of the corresponding value from your refund.

Upon requesting a return, we will validate the request. If deemed valid, we will coordinate the pickup of the product, after which the refund process will be initiated. However, if the request appears unjust or not genuine, legal action may be taken, and associated costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Before accepting a product delivery, carefully inspect the packaging. If it appears damaged, do not accept it. Notify us promptly so that we can determine the appropriate course of action. Some products may have specific return guidelines based on their nature.

When returning a product, include all accompanying items such as tags, labels, and manuals, and ensure secure packaging to prevent damage during the return. Thorough inspection will be conducted upon receipt.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

To qualify for a return, the product must be in its original, unopened packaging. Used products cannot be accepted for return. Additionally, reasons such as personal reactions (e.g., rashes, upset stomach, flavor preference) are not considered valid grounds for return. It is advisable to consult with a doctor before making a purchase.

The following items cannot be returned:

- Used products.

- Products lacking intact serial/UPC numbers.

- Products without original packaging, including the box and all accompanying materials.
